Welcome to FootLink. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which connects football teams with physios and cameramen in Malaysia. By using FootLink, you agree to these Terms.
1. What FootLink Is
FootLink is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between teams seeking physios/cameramen ("Providers") and Providers offering those services. We do not employ Providers, and we are not a party to the agreement between a team and a Provider for the underlying service.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be legally able to enter into agreements to use FootLink
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Bookings
- Teams may post job requests or book directly against a Provider's available time slots
- Providers may accept, decline, or let a request auto-confirm within the confirmation window shown at the time of booking
- Prices are set by the team at the time of posting; FootLink does not set or guarantee pricing
- Both parties are expected to honor confirmed bookings; repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your account standing or ability to use the platform
4. Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent the booking or payment process to transact outside the platform in a way that undermines platform trust or safety features
- Harass, abuse, or provide false information about other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
5. Ratings and Reviews
After a completed booking, users may rate and review each other. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
- FootLink provides a platform to facilitate connections; we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any Provider's services or any team's conduct
- We are not responsible for disputes between teams and Providers, though we may offer support in resolving them
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes, missed bookings, or service quality issues between users.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to FootLink at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
