• Role (team or service provider)
• For teams: club/team name and details you provide
• For providers: service type (physio or cameraman), qualifications or experience you choose to share

Booking information

• Job details you post or accept: venue, date, time, and price
• Booking history and status (pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled, declined)
• Ratings and reviews submitted after completed jobs

Location information

• Venue locations you enter when posting or searching for jobs
• Approximate location used to match teams with nearby providers

Communications

• Messages sent through our in-app chat between teams and providers
• Notifications we send you (booking updates, reminders, chat alerts)

Technical information

• Device and browser information, IP address, and usage data collected automatically when you use the app

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Match teams with available service providers based on type, location, and availability
• Facilitate bookings, including our automatic confirmation process for time-sensitive requests
• Enable in-app communication between teams and providers
• Send booking-related notifications (requests, confirmations, reminders, cancellations)
• Maintain ratings and booking history to support trust between users
• Improve and maintain the app, including monitoring for misuse or technical issues

3. How We Share Your Information

• Between users: your name/role, rating, and relevant booking details are shared with the other party in a booking (e.g. a team sees a provider's rating and vice versa)
• Service providers we use: we use third-party infrastructure to run the app, including hosting (Vercel) and database services (Supabase)
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FootLink or its users

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 7), subject to any records we are required to retain by law.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
